This is the backbone to Footprints Support Services. It holds our core values in a simple significant message of resilience, support, and a reminder that individuals with disabilities are not alone in their struggles.​ It is a phrase that should be seen as an encouragement to all individuals no matter what disability to persevere, find strength in their experiences, and continue to live fulfilling lives, even in the face of adversity.​
We utilise ‘never walk alone’ to advocate for increased disability visibility and inclusion, highlighting the need to challenge negative stereotypes and promote positive representation of people with disabilities. It's also used to address feelings of isolation and loneliness, in hopes to remind individuals that there are others who understand their challenges and can provide support.​
Footprints Support Services is a family of like-minded people bought together in the belief that we should ‘never walk alone’.

WELCOME to Footprints Support Services.

We are a local family owned business supporting the Fraser Coast region.
​
Our path to Footprints Support Services has been challenging, as we personally have walked this journey at times alone with our own loved ones. Seeking support and assistance, navigating NDIS, and often left feeling even more alone.
​
Hence, Footprints Support Services - Never Walk Alone. Life is difficult, and no one should have to face those challenges alone.
​
Jessie, the founder and owner of Footprints, has over 7 years professional experience in the disability support sector, not to mention the 10 years of personal family experience.
​
Her professional experience includes the following:​
• Child protection
• Mental health
• Autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
• Physical and intellectual disability
• Neurological and acquired brain injury
• Blindness and hearing Impairment
• Children and young people with developmental delay
• Psychosocial disability
• Culturally and linguistically diverse disabled people

As we have grown, our business family has expanded. We now have a staff of fully qualified male and female support workers and qualified administration, who work closely with external support co-ordinators and participant families to provided ongoing support. All our staff have current blue and yellow cards, first aid and CPR certified, and current necessary NDIS training. Combined, we have over 30 years of experience in this always evolving and changing industry.
Excitingly, we always have the availability for more participants!
